To obtain a quote, please e-mail us at the link below with the professions you desire and specify if you need the list by county or state.  Upon receipt of the appropriate fee, the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs provides an electronic file containing lists of licensees.  We do not provide mailing labels.

The cost includes a basic set-up fee of $71.00 plus a per-name charge.  The information provided for active licenses includes: license number, name, address, county, certification and expiration date.  We do not provide telephone numbers or e-mail addresses of our licensees.
